On April 6, a video titled “Best & Worst Celebrities as a Reporter, Makeup Session (ft. G-Dragon)” was uploaded on Lee Se-young’s YouTube channel, ‘Youngpyung TV.’

Lee Se-young, who worked as a reporter for Mnet’s “Wide Entertainment News” for three years, reflected on her experiences, saying, “My role was to cover idols and actors, whether at music video shoots, movie premieres, or interviews for movie promotions. After music broadcasts, I also asked artists about their number-one wins.”
During the video, Lee Se-young shared a touching story about two idol groups who were particularly considerate during their music video shoots.
CNBLUE
She recalled:
“I went to a music video shoot, and the group was one that used to top charts as soon as they released a song. The delay was severe, but it’s something you can’t avoid on set. We had to wait a lot. Then suddenly, the manager came and said, ‘We are so sorry for the wait, the members want to do the interview quickly.’ The interview time was only 10 minutes, but despite the delays, they gave me over 20 minutes. I still appreciate it.”

That idol group was CNBLUE. Lee Se-young continued:
“They later became my colleagues at the same agency about 7-8 years later. They might not remember, but CNBLUE is the idol group I am most thankful for in my life. They have the best personalities. Jung Yong-hwa was especially polite, answering questions thoughtfully. I was honored just to be in the same company as them.”
BIGBANG
Lee Se-young also shared a touching story about BIGBANG.

“I was a reporter covering BIGBANG for about 2-3 years when there were five members. They were superstars back then. One of the most memorable episodes was when I, a newbie reporter, had a one-on-one interview with BIGBANG. It felt like a dream. They were so kind, even though they were huge stars, and they treated me so well despite long waits at music video shoots. I’m still so grateful. I always stream BIGBANG’s songs now.”
